MEDRIPAL 11 Series are formulated from base material having a Viscosity Index (High Viscosity Index) with additives especially designed for diesel engine lubricant. MEDRIPAL 11 Series has a TBN value sufficient for the neutralization of acidic combustion products; provide optimum protection against rust, corrosion and excessive wear; have a good balance between oxidation stability, detergency and dispersancy to prevent the formation of piston deposits and maintain engine cleanliness; and can also be detached easily from dirt and water through a centrifugal separator. Formula MEDRIPAL also contains anti-foaming additives.
